本文以已竣工并投入使用的浦东国际机场场道工程地基为背景，深入分析了单点夯击试验测试结果、强夯前后地基土性状变化、道面模拟试验的沉降观测结果，并对强夯后的地基土沉降变形监测资料进行了分析。在此基础上，对强夯试验和强夯地基的变形效应进行了较为深入研究，得出了一些有益的结论。
